Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a proactive Box Office Attendant to deliver high level customer service for ticketing at the box office and resolution areas. You will assist patrons with will call orders, verify details, and ensure tickets are issued accurately.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel to events. Prior sales experience is preferred and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer.
• Professional interaction with all individuals and de-escalation skills.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Train on Front Gate box office system to assist patrons with ticket orders.
• Identify will call orders by verifying name, email and credit card to distribute tickets.
• Resolve any ticket scanning issues at the gate promptly and courteously.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions using Front Gate POS.
• Notify supervisor with unanswered questions.
• Maintain a professional, upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep the box office area clean and organized.
• Provide accurate event information to attendees.
