AEG Worldwide is seeking a Partnership Activation Manager in Los Angeles to manage sponsorship activations for Festival properties and coordinate key events. You will oversee account servicing, fulfillment of partnership elements, and performance reporting to optimize ROI for partners.

A multifaceted role requires strong communication and project leadership. The position entails administrative duties, onsite activation support, and attendance at sponsor functions, with a focus on proactive

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 4-6 years related work experience.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of digital activation and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Account Servicing – manage day-to-day advance, maintenance and fulfillment of partnership agreements including promotions, print, onsite activations, signage, hospitality, and more.
• Administration – maintain databases and reports; partner contact info, contracts, checklists, and onsite activation preparation.
• Attend sponsor/partner functions and events as needed.
