Job summary

AEG is seeking an Account Executive to advance onsite sponsorship logistics for festivals, tours, events, and venues. You will manage marketing materials, create sponsor reports, and build a client database to identify new revenue opportunities.

Key duties include developing activation plans, coordinating with Marketing and Sr. Director, and pitching new partnerships while working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of related work experience.
• Experience working in customer service.
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Knowledge of the music industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advance onsite sponsorship logistics and deliver contractual commitments at events.
• Create advance grids and reports; collaborate with promoters, production, and other teams.
• Manage marketing materials and approvals for assets with Marketing and Sr. Director.
• Generate sponsorship leads and maintain a client database.
• Prepare reports for sponsors on attendance, demographics and exposure; forecast profitability.
• Develop activation plans detailing brand placements at events.
• Draft and pitch ideas for new partnerships and collaborations.
