Job summary

AEG in Los Angeles is seeking an Activation Coordinator to onboard and activate new partner accounts, support revenue retention initiatives, and perform essential administrative functions to ensure a seamless partner experience.

You will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating events, promotions, hospitality, contracts, invoices and recaps while building strong relationships and ensuring accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in sports/entertainment industry experience.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and activate partner accounts and support retention initiatives.
• Coordinate events, promotions, hospitality, and contracts.
• Prepare partnership recaps and handle invoices and memos.
