Job summary

AEG Worldwide is seeking an Activation Coordinator to onboard and activate new partner accounts, support revenue retention, and perform essential administrative tasks to ensure a seamless partner experience. The role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, driving activation through ongoing support.

The position focuses on event activations, account maintenance, and collaboration with sales and venues, with a strong emphasis on client service and project coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency; BA/BS degree preferred.
• 2-4 years in sports and entertainment industry experience.
• Experience with CRM preferred; digital/television media experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and learn new business systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Servicing by handling day-to-day account maintenance and activation needs for partnerships, including attendance at LA Kings events.
• Fulfill partnership elements such as promotions, grassroots events, broadcasts, signage and hospitality; prepare annual partnership recaps.
• Handle client hospitality requests and deliver professional service.
• Assist with filing/routing of contracts, invoices and contract memos; manage expenses and related admin tasks.
• Coordinate internal communication between GP Sales on action items and projects.
