Job summary

AEG Presents in Los Angeles is seeking an Account Executive to drive onsite sponsorship logistics for festivals, tours, events, venues and one-off shows. You will manage marketing materials and ensure sponsor visibility aligns with contracts.

You will generate leads, build reports, and provide detailed event summaries to illustrate exposure and value. The role requires 2–4 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of related work experience.
• Experience working in customer service.
• Strong computer skills with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Advance onsite sponsorship logistics for festivals, tours and events.
• Create advance grids and reports for promoters and teams.
• Manage marketing materials and approvals of assets.
• Generate sponsorship leads and maintain client database.
• Create detailed sponsor reports on attendance, demographics and exposure.
• Develop activation plans detailing brand placement at events.
• Draft and pitch ideas for new partnerships.
