Job summary

AEG in Los Angeles seeks a Partnership Activation Manager to oversee sponsorship activations for festival properties, manage designated AEG Presents partnerships, and coordinate key division events.

You'll handle day-to-day account servicing, activation fulfillment, and generate recap materials while collaborating with directors and cross-functional teams to maximize ROI. A background in event sponsorships plus strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree (4-year) required.
• 4–6 years related work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent relationship-building and people skills.
• Basic understanding of digital activation and data reporting.
• Ability to lift and load/unload merchandise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Regular attendance and ability to work varying schedules incl. game nights.

Responsibilities

• Account Servicing – Manage day-to-day advance, maintenance and fulfillment of partnership agreements.
• Administration – Maintain databases and reports; partner contact information, contractual ticket banks, partner checklists and tracking sheets; onsite activation production advance.
• Attend sponsor/partner functions and events as needed.
