Job summary

AEG in Los Angeles is seeking an Activation Coordinator to onboard and activate new partner accounts, support revenue retention, and perform essential administrative functions to ensure a seamless partner experience.

You will serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, helping drive account success from activation through ongoing support, attend events, fulfill partnership elements, and manage contracts and reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience in sports/entertainment is beneficial.
• CRM and office software proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day account maintenance and activation-related tasks.
• Coordinate activation support at events (LA Kings involvement).
• Prepare partnership recaps and program reports.
• Maintain client relationships with timely communication and follow-up.
• Process contracts, invoices, and memos; file and route documents.
• Support internal teams with admin duties and special projects.
• Coordinate internal communications between GP Sales on action items.
