Job summary

AEG is seeking an Account Executive to manage onsite sponsorship logistics for festivals, tours, events, venues and one-off shows in the Los Angeles area. You will handle passes, tickets, tenting and location itineraries, while coordinating with marketing and sponsorship teams to ensure sponsor visibility.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Experience in customer service.
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multi-priority management.
• Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, some holidays).
• Knowledge of music industry preferred.
• Strong verbal & written communication.
• Proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Advance onsite sponsorship logistics and fulfill contractual deliverables at events.
• Create advance grids and build reports for promoters.
• Manage marketing materials and approvals for assets.
• Generate sponsorship leads and maintain client database.
• Prepare sponsor reports on attendance, demographics and exposure.
• Develop activation plans for sponsorship partners at events.
• Draft pitches for new partnerships and collaborations with sponsors.
