Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Box Office Attendant to deliver top-notch customer service at the box office and ticket resolution areas during events. You will verify will-call orders, assist attendees with tickets, and handle cash and card transactions with the Front Gate POS system.

The role requires comfort with computers, reliability, and the ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment. Weekend/evening availability and a valid driver's license are needed.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer.
• Able to interact professionally with all levels and de-escalate situations.
• Background check and post-offer pre-employment drug/alcohol test required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service at the box office or ticket resolution areas.
• Identify will-call orders by verifying name, email and payment details.
• Resolve scanning or ticketing issues quickly and courteously.
• Process cash and card transactions with the POS system.
• Report questions to box office management.
• Maintain a professional, upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep the area clean and organized.
