Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Box Office Attendant in Orlando, FL to deliver high-level customer service for ticketing at the box office or resolution areas. You will help attendees with Will Call, verify purchase details, and ensure tickets are distributed accurately.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in training for the Front Gate box office system to assist patrons with ticket orders.
• Identify will call orders by verifying customer information to distribute tickets correctly.
• Resolve ticket scanning issues at the gate in a timely and courteous manner.
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions with Front Gate POS system.
• Report to Box Office Management and maintain a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide accurate festival information and assist attendees as needed.
