Job summary

Insomniac in Orlando seeks a Box Office Attendant to deliver high-level customer service for ticketing at the box office and resolution areas. You will help patrons with will call orders, verify information, and distribute tickets accurately.

Ideal candidates have Sales or Customer Service experience, comfort with computers, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to de-escalate. A background check, pre-employment drug test, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service-related work experience is preferred.
• Must feel comfortable with using a computer.
• Interact professionally with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner, and to de-escalate situations before they become unpleasant.
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Employee must maintain and carry a valid driver’s license at all times.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in training for the Front Gate box office system to assist patrons with ticket orders.
• Identify a customer’s will call order by verifying name, email and credit card to distribute tickets properly.
• Resolve scanning issues at the gate in a timely and courteous manner.
• Administer cash and credit card transactions with Front Gate POS system.
• Report to Box Office Management and maintain a professional, upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment.
