Job summary

The Recruiting Hive seeks a Customer Experience Manager (SAP Concur / T&E Functional Consultant) to engage federal government and DoD clients from requirements through implementation and post-go-live support. The role combines functional consulting with client engagement and agile collaboration to translate agency needs into configured systems.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Federal Government or DoD project experience.
Travel & Expense (T&E) systems experience; SAP Concur preferred.
Experience with requirements gathering and business process mapping.
Experience in Agile team environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end functional consulting activities, including requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration, testing, and integration coordination.
Coordinate integration and testing across SAP Concur and T&E configurations.
Facilitate sessions with government stakeholders and manage client expectations throughout project workstreams.
Translate agency requirements into functional specifications and service design artifacts.
Provide post-go-live support, user experience improvements, and ongoing customer engagement enhancements.
Analyze operational data to develop visual insights supporting project decisions.
