Thrpartners is seeking a Customer Experience Manager (SAP Concur / T&E Functional Consultant) to lead government-focused functional consulting and client engagement. The role supports Federal Government and DoD stakeholders through implementation, testing, and post-go-live activities.

The position offers onsite work in Herndon, VA (4 days/week if local) with remote options. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and have experience with T&E systems, especially SAP Concur, in agile environments.

Qualifications

Citizenship: U.S. Citizen only.
Federal Government or DoD client experience is required.
Experience with Travel & Expense (T&E) systems; SAP Concur preferred.
Proven ability to gather requirements and map business processes.
Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end functional consulting activities, including requirements gathering and business process design.
Coordinate system configuration, testing, and integration timelines.
Engage with government stakeholders, manage expectations across workstreams.
Oversee post-go-live support and user experience improvements.
Translate agency needs into functional specifications and artifacts.
Collaborate with agile teams to deliver compliant T&E configurations.
