Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Customer Experience Manager (SAP Concur / T&E) in Herndon, VA or remote, to lead government-focused functional consulting and client engagement. The role involves translating agency requirements into compliant configurations, driving end-to-end testing, and providing post-go-live support within an Agile team.

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Background with Federal Government or DoD clients.
Experience with Travel & Expense systems (SAP Concur preferred).
Experience in end-to-end functional consulting including requirements, design, configuration, testing, and integration coordination.
Able to work in an Agile team and engage with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end functional consulting activities: requirements, business process design, system configuration, testing, and integration coordination.
Facilitate sessions with government stakeholders, present recommendations, and manage client expectations across workstreams.
Translate agency requirements into functional specs and compliant T&E configurations; develop artifacts.
Coordinate functional testing, integration workflows, defect resolution, and QA.
Support post-go-live stabilization, user experience improvements, and ongoing customer experience enhancements.
Analyze data and create visual insights to inform project decisions and deliverables.
