Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead functional consulting for SAP Concur and T&E implementations in federal projects. You will engage government stakeholders, define processes, configure systems, and coordinate testing and integration efforts.

Work with an Agile team to deliver end-to-end solutions, support post-go-live stabilization, and provide data-driven insights to improve workflows for DoD and Federal agencies.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen solely.
• Federal Experience: Demonstrated background working with Federal Government or DoD clients.
• Domain Experience: Travel and Expense (T&E) systems is required; hands-on experience with SAP Concur is strongly preferred.
• Functional Consulting: Proven track record in system implementation, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile team environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional consulting: requirements, business process design, configuration, testing, and integration coordination.
• Facilitate working sessions with government stakeholders and manage client expectations.
• Translate agency requirements into functional specifications and T&E configurations.
• Coordinate functional testing, integrations, defect resolution, and QA.
• Assist with post go-live support, stabilization, and user experience enhancements.
• Analyze operational data and develop visual insights for project decisions.
