CareerNerds, LLC seeks a Customer Experience Manager (SAP Concur / T&E) to guide Federal Government and DoD clients through implementation and post-go-live support. The role blends functional consulting with client engagement within an Agile team environment.

Based in Herndon, VA, this onsite role requires four days per week on location for local candidates or remote work for others, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, integration

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Federal Government or DoD experience.
Experience with Travel and Expense (T&E) systems; SAP Concur preferred.
Functional consulting: implementation, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
Hands-on experience working in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end functional consulting and integration coordination.
Facilitate working sessions with government stakeholders and manage client expectations.
Translate agency requirements into functional specifications and service design artifacts.
Coordinate functional testing, integration workflows, and defect resolution.
Assist with post-go-live system stabilization and user experience improvements.
Analyze operational data and develop visual insights for project decisions.
