Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC seeks a Customer Experience Manager (SAP Concur / T&E Functional Consultant) to support Federal Government and DoD clients from Herndon, VA. The role combines functional consulting with client engagement, guiding agencies through requirements, design, configuration, testing, and post go-live support in an Agile team environment.

If local, onsite 4 days/week; remote options available. Must be a U.S.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required (sole citizen).
Federal Government or DoD client experience preferred.
Experience with Travel and Expense (T&E) systems; SAP Concur is strongly preferred.
End-to-end functional consulting: requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing.
Hands-on experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end functional consulting activities, including requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration, testing, and integration coordination.
Facilitate working sessions with government stakeholders, present strategic recommendations, and manage client expectations throughout project workstreams.
Translate complex agency requirements into functional specifications and service design artifacts.
Coordinate functional testing, integration workflows, defect resolution, and overall system QA.
Assist with system stabilization, user experience optimization, and ongoing post-go-live support.
Analyze operational data and develop visual insights to support project decisions.
