Job summary

Genesis seeks a Customer Experience Manager (SAP Concur / T&E) to support Federal Government and DoD clients from Herndon, VA. The role blends functional consulting with client engagement, guiding requirements, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support in an Agile environment.

The position is a contract-to-full-time opportunity with onsite fourth day per week for locals or fully remote options for others. Clearable to Federal Public Trust/MBI and U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Federal Government or DoD experience is required.
• Experience with Travel and Expense (T&E) systems and SAP Concur is highly preferred.
• Functional consulting: experience in requirements gathering and business process mapping.
• Hands-on experience in Agile team environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional consulting activities, including requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration, testing, and integration coordination.
• Facilitate sessions with government stakeholders, present recommendations, and manage expectations across project workstreams.
• Translate agency requirements into functional specifications and compliant T&E configurations.
• Coordinate functional testing, integration workflows, defect resolution, and QA across the system.
• Provide post-go-live support, system stabilization, and user experience enhancements.
• Analyze operational data and develop visual insights to support project decisions.
