Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Federal Government or DoD experience.
Experience with Travel & Expense systems; SAP Concur preferred.
Functional consulting with end-to-end implementation and mapping.
Experience in Agile teams and client engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end functional consulting activities: requirements, design, configuration, testing, and integration coordination.
Facilitate sessions with government stakeholders and manage client expectations.
Translate agency requirements into functional specs and service design artifacts.
Coordinate functional testing, integration workflows, and QA.
Post-go-live support and user-experience optimization.
Develop data visuals to support project decisions.
