Job summary

United Future in Herndon, VA is seeking a Customer Experience Manager (SAP Concur / T&E) to lead end-to-end functional consulting for federal government clients, aligning requirements with compliant Travel and Expense configurations. This role couples consulting with client engagement and delivery across the implementation lifecycle.

You will engage stakeholders, coordinate testing and integration, and provide post-go-live support while working with an Agile team in a mostly onsite/remote

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen solely.
• Federal Experience: Demonstrated background working with Federal Government or DoD clients.
• Domain Experience: Travel and Expense (T&E) systems; hands-on SAP Concur experience preferred.
• Functional Consulting: Experience in system implementation, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
• Agile: Hands-on experience in Agile team environments.

Responsibilities

• Functional Consulting: Lead end-to-end functional consulting, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and integration coordination.
• Client Engagement: Run sessions with government stakeholders, present recommendations, and manage expectations across workstreams.
• Solution Architecture & Artifacts: Translate agency needs into functional specs and service design artifacts for T&E configurations.
• System Testing & Support: Coordinate testing, integration workflows, defect resolution, and QA.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Stabilize systems, optimize user experience, and drive ongoing improvements.
• Data Visualization: Analyze data to create visual insights for project decisions.
