Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Federal government or DoD project experience preferred.
• Experience with Travel and Expense (T&E) systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional consulting activities, including requirements gathering and business process design.
• Manage client sessions with government stakeholders and communicate strategic recommendations.
• Translate agency requirements into functional specs and service design artifacts.
• Coordinate testing, integration workflows, defect resolution, and QA.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and user experience improvements.
• Develop data visualizations to support project decisions.
