Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in business development, operations, engineering, or account management.
• 4+ years in account management or customer success and 1+ year with government customers.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic impact demonstrated with federal or civil clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a federal government customer portfolio from onboarding to long‑term growth.
• Deliver impeccable service, resolve issues, build requirements, and communicate feedback internally.
• Identify readiness, requirements, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue.
• Lead commercial decisions within federal vertical and partner with other teams.
• Design and implement processes accelerating growth for customers and scale for the team.
