Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Account Manager for US Federal contracts to manage a robust portfolio from onboarding through ongoing success and revenue growth.

You will own relationships with federal government customers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic initiatives to accelerate adoption of Starlink services while ensuring exceptional service and term compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; or HS diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, operations, engineering, or account management.
• 4+ years in account management, customer success, or business operations.
• 1+ years working with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for federal government customers from onboarding through retention and growth.
• Identify requirements, manage expectations, and communicate feedback to influence product and services.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth and improve processes for scale.
