Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Account Manager (US Federal) to lead onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention for premier federal government customers. You will drive escalated service, build strategic relationships, and identify growth opportunities across complex, high-impact programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years in business development, operations, engineering, or account management.
• 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or business operations.
• 1+ years of experience working with government customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to craft professional presentations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for federal government customers from contract signature onwards (onboarding, ongoing management, and retention).
• Deliver impeccable customer service, including timely acknowledgement and resolution of issues.
• Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations.
• Collect and champion customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development.
• Retain and grow the value of accounts and forecast revenue.
• Communicate readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to realize revenue.
• Serve as the internal expert on the federal government vertical in regions, guiding strategic decisions.
• Design and lead implementation of new processes and system improvements to accelerate growth.
