SpaceX is seeking a STARLINK ACCOUNT MANAGER (CANADIAN FEDERAL) to lead a portfolio of federal government customers from contract signature to successful activation and ongoing growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to meet commitments, capture requirements, and drive revenue with a focus on user satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years in account management or government-related work, a bachelor's degree, and strong communication/negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate and 5+ years of professional business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience.
• 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or business operations
• 1+ years of experience working with government customers

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a robust portfolio of assigned federal government customers and own the interface from contract signature onwards (onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenue) with emphasis on delivering impeccable customer service, building relationships, collecting and championing feedback, and retaining/growing account value.
• Identify and communicate readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule.
• Serve as the internal expert in federal/civil government verticals in specific regions, shaping strategic direction and leading high-impact commercial decisions.
• Autonomously design and lead implementation of new processes and system improvements to accelerate growth for customers and scale the internal team
