Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a SpaceX Starlink Account Manager for Canadian federal government customers. You will own onboarding, ongoing account management, and growth across a robust federal portfolio, delivering exceptional service and managing complex cross-functional projects.

You will communicate requirements, manage risks, and help steer programmatic and technical development to support enterprise customers while expanding revenue and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; or high school diploma/equivalency with 5+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or business operations.
• 1+ years of experience with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of federal government customers from contract signature through onboarding, activation, retention and growth of relationship and revenue.
• Identify requirements, manage expectations, and communicate readiness, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue.
• Serve as the internal expert on federal/civil government in specified regions, shaping strategic direction and leading high-impact commercial decisions.
• Autonomously design and lead implementation of new processes and system improvements to accelerate growth for customers and scale the team.
