Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Account Manager (US Federal) to own onboarding, ongoing management, and growth for a portfolio of federal customers. You will deliver exceptional service, manage expectations, and drive revenue through strong cross‑functional collaboration and strategic leadership.

The role requires navigating complex contracts and collaborating with internal teams to scale operations, travel as needed, and build long‑term government relationships in a fast‑moving space environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in business development, operations, engineering, or account management.
• 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or business operations.
• 1+ years of experience working with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of federal government customers from onboarding to long‑term retention and revenue growth.
• Deliver impeccable customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify requirements, manage expectations, and communicate feedback to influence development.
• Own readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration, shaping strategic direction in partnership with other teams.
• Autonomously design and implement processes and system improvements to accelerate growth.
