Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Account Manager (US Federal) to manage a portfolio of government customers from contract signature through onboarding and ongoing lifecycle. You will drive retention, identify opportunities, and coordinate with product and operations teams to fulfill commitments and accelerate growth.

The role requires strong relationship-building, deep knowledge of federal procurement, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in related fields.
• 4+ years in account management, customer success, or business operations.
• 1+ years working with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of federal government customers from contract signature onward (onboarding, ongoing management, retention, growth).
• Deliver exemplary customer service, acknowledge and resolve issues, and manage expectations.
• Communicate readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue.
• Act as internal expert on federal/civil government vertical in assigned regions and lead cross-functional decision-making.
