Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Account Manager (Canadian Federal) to manage a portfolio of federal government customers from onboarding through long-term retention and growth. You will ensure contract terms are fulfilled, drive customer delight, and identify opportunities to expand revenue across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, negotiating terms post-signature, and delivering strategic, measurable outcomes within a fast-paced, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years in account management, customer success, or business operations.
• 1+ years working with government customers.
• 3+ years working with customers on technical products/services.
• 3+ years with Canadian federal or civil government customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for federal government customers from onboarding to retention and growth.
• Deliver impeccable customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations.
• Collect and escalate customer feedback to influence product and process improvements.
• Identify readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risk to forecast revenue.
