Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Account Manager (Canadian Federal) to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of federal government customers from contract signature through activation and ongoing management. You will identify requirements, manage expectations, and drive revenue growth with enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or business operations.
• 1+ years of experience working with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a federal government customer portfolio and own the interface from contract signature onwards (onboarding, ongoing account management and long-term retention).
• Deliver impeccable customer service with timely acknowledgement and resolution of issues.
• Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations.
• Collect, communicate and champion customer feedback to influence programmatic/technical development.
