Zoom is seeking a Federal Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for Federal clients, translating requirements into actionable product recommendations and PoCs. You will design outcomes-driven workflows utilizing the Zoom platform and related technologies, collaborating with Account Executives to drive results.

Deep telephony, AI, and collaboration tech experience are essential, with a focus on FedRAMP‑authorized Zoom solutions for Civilian and DoD customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 7+ years in pre‑sales solution engineering for Federal clients with UC, video, web conferencing and voice.
• Strong background in SaaS and supporting technical sales in Federal Civilian or DoD environments preferred.
• Familiarity with federal networks, FedRAMP, SAML/SSO, firewalls, VPNs, and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide product presentations, deployment designs, PoCs, and responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Maintain advanced proficiency across Zoom platforms, AI, APIs/SDKs, networking, PBX and mobile tech.
• Act as trusted advisor to Federal clients through all sales stages.
• Support Account Executives by designing solutions addressing collaboration challenges.
• Translate technical needs into product development input for Zoom.
