Qualifications

7+ years as a Solution Engineer in pre‑sales with strong representation of technical solutions including UC, video, web conferencing, and voice.
Knowledge of SaaS is an advantage.
7+ years supporting technical sales in Federal Civilian Government or DoD environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide product presentations and demonstrations, design deployment plans, implement proofs of concept, and prepare responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
Maintain advanced proficiency across video, phone, customer experience, AI, APIs/SDKs, networking, PBX, desktop, and mobile technologies.
Serve as the trusted technical advisor, acting as lead advocate for Federal clients during the sales cycle.
Support Account Executives by proposing and designing solutions addressing collaboration challenges.
Translate technical needs into product development suggestions and drive customer feature requests internally at Zoom.
