Job summary

iT1 is seeking a Federal Account Executive to drive federal IT sales across civilian, defense, and intelligence accounts. You will build a qualified pipeline, lead full-cycle pursuits, and coordinate with partners, contracts, and engineering to deliver compliant solutions addressing federal mission needs.

The role reports to the Vice President, Federal Sales and requires strong proposal, pricing, and relationship-management skills to win multi-million dollar contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of federal technology sales or capture experience.
• Experience closing complex federal IT opportunities and managing full-cycle pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close federal technology business across civilian, defense, and intelligence accounts.
• Build pipeline, lead full-cycle pursuits, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Partner with OEMs, distributors, and proposals resources to deliver compliant solutions.
• Maintain opportunity data in CRM and provide regular forecasts to leadership.
