Insight is seeking a Federal Client Executive, Civilian to drive technology solutions sales within the FSI sector from a Federal sales team. The role focuses on building durable relationships, executing go-to-market strategies, and achieving revenue and gross profit targets.

The position offers a base plus commissions with market-aligned compensation, remote work flexibility in the DC market, and opportunities to advance into expanding responsibilities across government accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales, channel and leadership experience selling technology solutions and services within the FSI/Federal marketplace.
• Proficient with revenue demand generation, sales methodologies, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to use knowledge, network, processes, and solution selling strategies to meet revenue and GP growth objectives

Responsibilities

• Deliver on personal sales objectives quarterly for targeted major opportunities.
• Execute strategies for generating demand in direct and indirect sales scenarios.
• Lead the team in achieving quarterly and annual revenue and GP targets.
• Establish long-term consultative relationships with FSI accounts/clients.
