Job summary

Collibra is seeking a Senior Federal Engagement Manager to lead the Federal Professional Services team. You will oversee Engagement Managers and Solution Architects, drive delivery excellence, and protect account health across the government lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in federal consulting, security clearance, and strong stakeholder management. You will shape GTM and delivery, drive risk mitigation, and mentor a high-performing services team in a government-facing environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI).
• 5+ years of consulting experience supporting U.S. federal agencies.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing services teams in federal context.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge in data governance, data management or data quality.
• Experience with cloud platforms and APIs.
• Military background preferred.
• Knowledge of leading PaaS providers, data lakes, databases and integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead services operations and resources, ensuring timely and successful project execution and value delivery.
• Manage the professional services team with respect to milestones, delivery and goals.
• Drive services revenue optimization and operational excellence across the customer lifecycle.
• Guide customer journeys, Onboarding, QBRs, and Value delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and mentor Engagement Managers and Solution Architects for outstanding customer experience.
• Identify renewal/expansion opportunities and support strategic deals with Sales and Finance.
• Collaborate on GTM strategy and customer-facing messaging for CPS services.
• Monitor project health, risks, issue resolution, and change management, ensuring customer success.
