Collibra Public Sector seeks a Manager, Federal Professional Services to lead all services roles, drive adoption and satisfaction for government clients, and ensure delivery excellence across the customer lifecycle.

You will oversee Engagement Managers and Solution Architects, shape GTM and messaging, and coordinate with Sales and Finance on renewals and expansions. A strong federal background and security clearance are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience supporting U.S. federal agencies.
• Experience leading services teams in support of U.S. federal agencies.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience with Sr Executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Services operations and resources for engagement managers and solution architects.
• Drive delivery quality and value across customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate on GTM strategy and services positioning for government clients.
• Manage project lifecycle controls: plans, reports, time, resources, and forecasts.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Solution Architects to deliver exceptional customer experience.
