Job summary

Collibra Public Sector is seeking a Manager, Federal Professional Services to lead government-focused services teams. The role drives the customer journey, aligns delivery with mission outcomes, and ensures operational excellence across engagements for U.S. federal agencies.

You will supervise Engagement Managers and Solution Architects, manage milestones, and shape GTM delivery while mitigating risk and expanding revenue opportunities through renewals and new business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience supporting U.S. federal agencies.
• Experience managing services teams supporting U.S. federal agencies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership collaborating with senior executives.
• Active security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI).
• Knowledge of data governance, data management or data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead services operations and resources for Engagement Manager and Solution Architects.
• Ensure project milestones, delivery, and value realization.
• Monitor utilization and revenue optimization.
• Guide customer journey mapping and operational improvements.
• Mentor and manage a team of Engagement Managers and Solution Architects.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation and renewal strategies.
