Job summary

Collibra Public Sector in the United States seeks a Manager, Federal Professional Services to lead all services roles across government clients and ensure long-term adoption and satisfaction. You will align service delivery with mission outcomes and drive operational excellence across the customer lifecycle.

You will guide a team of Engagement Managers and Solution Architects, shaping GTM strategy, improving delivery frameworks, and pro-actively mitigating risk for federal engagements.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen residing in the United States.
• 5+ years of consulting experience supporting U.S. federal agencies.
• 2+ years of experience managing services teams for U.S. federal agencies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership skills with Sr Executives cadence.
• Knowledge in Data Governance, Data Management or Data Quality.
• Active military experience is a plus.
• Active security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI).
• Knowledgeable about data management processes (governance, stewardship, MDM, cataloging, business rules).
• Familiar with leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Databases, and integration platforms for federal use.
• Experience with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure and platform.
• Understanding of APIs via Java, Python, or similar scripting in Enterprise Linux/Unix.
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, data integration.

Responsibilities

• Guide services operations and resources to ensure timely project execution and value delivery.
• Lead Engagement Managers and Solution Architects to maximize utilization and revenue.
• Monitor performance to achieve high levels of project success.
• Collaborate on GTM strategy for CPS Services and shape messaging.
• Coach and mentor the services team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain consultative relationships with key customer leadership and decision-makers.
• Identify expansion opportunities and influence renewal and new business.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation across engagements and accounts.
• Lead risk reviews and post-project reviews to ensure value realization.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance on strategic deals and renewals.
