Job summary

Collibra Public Sector is seeking an experienced Manager, Federal Professional Services to lead services roles, ensure successful delivery for government clients, and drive customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle. You will guide engagements with Engagement Managers and Solution Architects, shape GTM messaging, and partner with Sales and Finance on renewals and expansions.

The role requires 5+ years in federal consulting, strong leadership, and active security clearance, with hands-on

Qualifications

• 5+ years consulting for U.S. federal agencies.
• N minimum 2 years leading services teams serving federal clients.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge in data governance, data management or data quality.
• Active security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI).
• Experience with cloud and data platforms used by federal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead services operations and resources to ensure timely delivery and value realization.
• Guide project teams through scoping, effort estimates, and governance.
• Collaborate on GTM strategy and customer messaging for CPS services.
• Identify expansion opportunities and manage renewals and new business.
• Mentor and lead Engagment Managers and Solution Architects to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Maintain consultative relationships with key customer executives.
