Job summary

Collibra Public Sector seeks a Manager, Federal Professional Services to lead engagements with U.S. government clients, drive delivery excellence, and optimize service offerings across a broad set of data governance and data management initiatives.

You will guide a team of Engagement Managers and Solution Architects, shape GTM alignment, and ensure successful customer outcomes with a focus on risk management, renewal opportunities, and strategic deals.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and residency for U.S. government support.
• 5+ years in consulting supporting U.S. federal agencies.
• 2+ years leading services teams serving U.S. federal agencies.
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership with senior executives.
• Knowledge in data governance, data management or data quality.
• Previous military experience; active security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI).
• Understanding of data management processes incl. governance, stewardship, MDM, cataloging, and business rules management.
• Familiar with leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Databases and integration platforms used by federal agencies.
• Experience with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure and platforms.
• Understanding APIs via Java/Python for enterprise Linux/Unix environments.
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead services engagements for federal government clients and ensure value delivery.
• Oversee project lifecycle: scope, estimates, milestones, timekeeping and value forecasting.
• Align service delivery with GTM and renewal opportunities; partner with Sales & Finance.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Solution Architects; drive customer-centric outcomes.
• Establish controls to monitor project health and risk; drive time-to-value for customers.
