Collibra Public Sector is seeking a Manager, Federal Professional Services to lead a cross-functional team delivering services to U.S. government clients.

You will align services delivery with mission outcomes, safeguard account health, and drive value through proactive risk management and renewals. You will supervise Engagement Managers and Solution Architects, optimize utilization, and shape GTM and customer messaging to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful project

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with security clearance and ability to work with U.S. government programs.
• 5+ years of consulting experience supporting U.S. federal agencies.
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing services teams for federal engagements.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge in data governance, data management or data quality.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).
• Understanding of APIs via Java or Python for enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL and data integration workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead federal engagement management to ensure timely value delivery and revenue optimization.
• Oversee services operations, staffing, milestones, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate on GTM strategy and customer-facing messaging for services offerings.
• Guide project teams through scoping, estimation, and risk management.
• Maintain consultative relationships with key government customers and executives.
