Job summary

Zscaler, a leader in cloud security, seeks a Senior Sales Engineer for the Majors Central team. This remote role reports to the Sales Engineering Manager and operates across US locations, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Architects to demonstrate the power of the Zscaler platform.

You will create and deliver technical presentations, gather requirements, and lead evaluations while guiding customers to secure, cloud-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent working experience
• Proven cybersecurity and networking technical background with hands-on experience in network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, and firewalls
• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers
• Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions will meet customer goals and needs
• Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations
• Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes
