Job summary

Trellix is hiring a Federal Sales Account Manager for the Intelligence Community to protect strategic enterprise customers with Trellix security solutions. The role reports to the Director of Sales for the Intelligence Community and owns sales strategy for IC accounts to drive revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise software sales, a consultative approach, and the ability to build pipelines with a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, Security software is a plus.
• Highly consultative sales background with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and manage a new business pipeline (hunter mentality) and achieve quotas.
• Able to cold call and initiate relationships, present Trellix solutions, and close deals.
• Strong teamwork and ability to leverage internal and external resources.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and position Trellix products and services.
• Understand federal government contracting and procurement processes.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Leverage channel partners to drive revenue.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Sell Trellix products and services to assigned territory.
• Develop and negotiate software/services contracts aligned with customer outcomes.
• Provide accurate forecasts for Commit, Upside and Pipeline on all cycles.
• Meet or exceed new business revenue quotas.
• Collaborate to develop and execute pipeline generation.
• Develop and direct channel and distribution strategies for customer success.
• Build relationships with key influencers and stakeholders internally and externally.
