Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Federal Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth within the Intelligence Community. You will own the sales strategy for IC accounts, managing relationships, pipeline, and closing complex security solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise software sales, a consultative approach, and experience with federal contracting. US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance are required; travel to meet customers is expected. The position is fully remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, security software preferred.
• Highly consultative sales background with excellent communication skills.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of building pipeline to 3x quota or greater.
• Ability to cold call and initiate sales relationships, present Trellix solutions, and close deals.
• Strong team player leveraging internal and external resources for success.
• Understanding of federal government contracting and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Sell Trellix products and services to assigned territory.
• Develop and negotiate software and/or services sales contracts aligned with customer needs and outcomes.
• Forecast accurately for Commit, Upside and Pipeline (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Meet and exceed new business revenue quotas.
• Collaborate to develop and execute pipeline generation.
• Establish and direct channel and distribution strategies for customer success.
• Build relationships with key influencers and stakeholders.
