Job summary

Trellix, a global cybersecurity leader, seeks a Federal Sales Account Manager to drive revenue in the Intelligence Community. The role focuses on protecting strategic enterprise customers and reporting to the Director of Sales for the IC.

The position requires a US citizen with TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration. This remote role covers the United States with travel to meet customers as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience; security software preferred.
• Consultative sales background with excellent communication skills.
• Hunter mentality with pipeline to 3x quota or greater.
• Ability to cold call, initiate a sales relationship, present Trellix security solutions, and close deals.
• Strong team player who leverages internal and external resources for success.
• Understanding of federal government contracting and procurement processes.
• Ability to leverage channel partners to drive new revenue.

Responsibilities

• Sell Trellix products and services to assigned territory.
• Develop and negotiate software and/or services contracts aligned to customer requirements.
• Forecast accurately for Commit, Upside and Pipeline (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Meet and exceed new business revenue quota.
• Collaborate with team to generate and execute pipeline.
• Develop channel and distribution strategies for customer success.
• Build relationships with key influencers and stakeholders.
