Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Federal Sales Account Manager to focus on Intelligence Community accounts, driving revenue growth and strategic outcomes. The role requires a strong, consultative sales approach, US citizenship, and willingness to travel for customer engagements.

Reporting to the Director of Sales for the Intelligence Community, you will own the sales strategy for IC accounts, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to close complex security software and services deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience; Security SW preferred.
• Consultative sales background with excellent communication skills.
• Hunter mentality with ability to build pipeline to 3x quota or greater.
• Ability to cold call, identify customers, present Trellix solutions, and close deals.
• Strong teamwork and use of internal/external resources to drive success.
• Understanding of federal government contracting and procurement processes.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Capability to leverage channel partners to drive revenue.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and must be US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Sell Trellix products and services to assigned territory within IC.
• Develop and negotiate software/services contracts aligned with customer outcomes.
• Forecast commits, upside, and pipeline accurately on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Meet or exceed new business revenue quotas.
• Collaborate to generate and qualify pipeline; support channel strategies.
• Develop and direct channel/distribution strategies for customer success.
• Build relationships with key influencers and stakeholders internally and externally.
