No prior AI experience is required, but candidates must have 3+ years in federal reporting or staff writing, be US-based, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication while working remotely with project teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in federal reporting or staff writing.
• Experience with military or federal reporting formats and standards.
• US military background preferred or experience with DoD documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and review WARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, executive summaries, and briefings.
• Develop content following federal and military reporting standards.
• Evaluate sample reports using grading criteria and quality standards.
• Develop reference responses, guidelines, and evaluation rubrics.
• Provide expert feedback on reporting structure, clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams to improve deliverables.
