Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for public safety agencies. You will drive end-to-end federal and municipal engagements, guiding procurement cycles and building relationships with 911 directors and agency leaders.

Responsibilities include leading technical bid responses, forecasting pipelines, and coordinating with radio/telephony vendors to deliver integrated, secure public safety solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in sales/public safety
• 3+ years selling technology to public safety/local government
• Knowledge of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD, NG911 i3
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and public records laws

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales engagements with emergency dispatch centers
• Navigate municipal procurement cycles and government contracting
• Forecast revenue and maintain Salesforce hygiene
• Develop relationships with 911 directors and city/county buyers
• Lead technical responses for federal solicitations (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs)
• Partner with radio and telephony vendors to position integrated solutions
