Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting supporting U.S. federal agencies.
• Experience leading services teams for U.S. federal programs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership with Sr Executives; delivery and value focus.
• Security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI) or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee services operations and resources, ensuring timely project execution and value delivery.
• Guide project teams through scoping, effort estimates, and governance processes.
• Monitor performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction across engagements.
• Collaborate on GTM strategy and guide sales enablement for services offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with government leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead risk reviews, renewals, and escalation management to protect account health.
